Document Management

The Documents section allows you to centralize and organize all your PDF files directly in Excel.


Import Documents


  • Click on the "Documents" button in the Copilot Audit tab.
  • Use the "Upload Documents" button to add your PDF files.
  • Documents are automatically stored and indexed.


Organization


  • Categories: Assign categories to your documents for better organization.
  • Search: Use the search bar to quickly find your files.
  • Filters: Filter by category to refine your view.


Available Actions


  • Edit a document's category.
  • Delete a document.
  • Batch Editing: Change the category of multiple documents simultaneously.
  • Preview: Quickly access your document content.
