Document Management
The Documents section allows you to centralize and organize all your PDF files directly in Excel.
Import Documents
- Click on the "Documents" button in the Copilot Audit tab.
- Use the "Upload Documents" button to add your PDF files.
- Documents are automatically stored and indexed.
Organization
- Categories: Assign categories to your documents for better organization.
- Search: Use the search bar to quickly find your files.
- Filters: Filter by category to refine your view.
Available Actions
- Edit a document's category.
- Delete a document.
- Batch Editing: Change the category of multiple documents simultaneously.
- Preview: Quickly access your document content.
